Univox Electric Guitars
In the 1960s, an electronic transformers company called Unicord bought the Amplifier Corp, which led to the creation of amps named Univox. They started making guitars in the mid 70's through the early 80's. Most known for copying models from larger guitar company like Fender and Gibson, one of their more popular guitars was the Univox Hi-Flyer, which was based of the Mosrite guitar. Kurt Cobain popularized the guitar again in the 90's.
